This commercial electrical project was completed for Panda Pancakes Restaurant, located in Metrotown Mall in Burnaby. The space was previously a coffee shop and underwent major renovations to transform it into a new breakfast and café destination. Our work included installing new lighting, updating the electrical layout, and adding power for new espresso machine appliances to support the restaurant’s new concept and daily operations.

The renovation was designed to improve both function and atmosphere. New lighting helped brighten the space and complement the updated layout, while the added equipment capacity ensured the business could operate efficiently during busy morning service. A subtle touch of LED ambient lighting also made a noticeable difference in the overall look of the restaurant, helping improve curb appeal and create a more inviting customer experience.
