4plex Unit Project Burnaby

This project involved the completion of a modern 4plex development in Burnaby, designed to provide each unit with the power capacity needed for today’s electrical demands and future growth. The electrical system was built to support air conditioning, EV charging, and additional capacity for future upgrades and appliances.

The project included custom lighting features throughout the development, including LED stair lighting and LED strip lighting installed inside the kitchen cabinets to provide both functionality and a modern finish. Conventional appliances were incorporated into each unit, with electrical systems designed to ensure reliable operation and long-term performance.

With four fully serviced units and provisions for future electrical needs, this project reflects the growing trend of multi-unit residential developments throughout Burnaby and the Lower Mainland.
